Our full service experience is designed to manage every detail from concept through completion. From early design decisions to the final styling touches, Sandra oversees the entire process with precision and care. Delivering a fully realized, move-in-ready space that reflects you effortlessly.

How does Full Service Design Work?

  • We start with an initial in person meeting (video call optional) to learn about your investment, your space, and your goals. After we get the scope of the project set, we will create and send over a design proposal with all the details and the estimated cost of your project.

    Projects start at $35,000

  • After the proposal is accepted, we dive into the details. Getting measurements, narrowing down design styles, trying out furniture, and scheduling a meeting for the next design phase.

  • Once the final approval has been passed, L&F orders materials and furniture, then makes all plans for install. You’ll get regular updates on progress.

  • Once all the pieces are ready, the construction of your new space begins! We work closely with our contractors to ensure every aspect of the design goes off without a hitch with no stress to you. You’ll continue to receive regular updates every step of the way.

  • It’s complete! On the last day we will style the room and tweak any last details as needed. Then it’s time to celebrate your renewed home!
