We offer clearly defined service packages ranging from consulting to full-service design. Most projects are quoted with a flat design fee, plus a furnishings investment and a standard procurement fee. We’ll walk through all of this transparently during your proposal review.
For full-service furnishing, we require a minimum furniture investment of $35,000, with design fees beginning at $5,000.

From deposit to final install, a typical full-room design takes about 12–25 weeks. This depends a lot on what options are chosen, custom furnishing, etc. We’ll provide a realistic timeline for your specific scope during the proposal phase.

We follow a structured, multi-phase process that includes Discovery, Design, Procurement, and Installation. Every step is communicated clearly with check-ins, visuals, and progress updates.
You’ll receive a Client Guide to help you understand what to expect at the start of the project.

We use email for formal communication. For ongoing projects, we set regular meeting rhythms and check-ins to keep everything moving smoothly.

We work primarily in the Seattle metro area, including Ballard, Queen Anne, Magnolia, and surrounding neighborhoods. We also take on remote projects in select locations such as Montana and even abroad, like Germany. If we’re a great fit, we’ll find a way to work together.

We typically book projects 1–3 months in advance. If you have a target start date in mind, reach out early to reserve your place in our schedule.
